Privacy policy

At Ballydougan we care how information about you is used and shared. Your privacy is important to us. We use the information you provide about yourself or your Company only in relation to the processing of your order and for any future marketing activities from Ballydougan Pottery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use reply to your requests and queries using the E-mail address you supplied. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You can register to receive updates regarding our products. Any contact made by us will include the option to unsubscribe to this. Finally, we will never use or share the personally identifiable information provided by you.

How to order

You have access to our on-line catalogue and price lists, both of which may be downloaded. Complete the Customer Name, Tel/Fax; E-mail; VAT No. ; Method of payment details and then make your pottery selection on price list form. E-mail this to us at Ballydougan Pottery. Alternatively you can enter your order details in our online order form.

Payment Options

Existing customers may choose to continue payment methods already established with us, e.g. payment by cheque 30 days from date of invoice, or may choose to use BACS or electronic payment. Please contact us to establish these methods of payment. We accept all major credit cards at Ballydougan Pottery. New customers are required to pay Proforma for their first order and thereafter 30 days from date of invoice. All goods remain the property of Ballydougan Pottery until they are paid for in full.

Delivery

We have our own Company van and driver making deliveries throughout Ireland and we have over twenty years of experience of packaging our product safely and securely. We will advise you of expected date of delivery of pottery items by E-mail on receipt of your order. As pottery items are made to order the lead-in time is usually 6 weeks from time of order.

Delivery charges

All orders over Euro 800.00 or £ 500.00 stg are delivered free of charge throughout Ireland. For small orders, goods will be sent by post using the “Post Office” at cost depending on the weight of parcel and delivery address. This information will be agreed with customer prior to order being sent.

Returns Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within five days of receipt of item by telephone or fax or e-mail advising us of the order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return. A credit note will be issued in lieu of returned item.
